WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT, MAY COLLECT, AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
When you apply for an WTPO Membership, register as an WTPO Member, register as a Basic Account Holder, or make an event booking on our Site, we collect personal information from you. This includes your name, email address, country of origin, location, occupation, education, photos, social media accounts, and any other data you upload or enter into your profile. You provide this personal data during the application or registration process or through another social media service when becoming a member of WTPO or applying for membership or using another WTPO Service.
We do not store credit card information. This is handled by a third party that fully complies with the Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
On an aggregate basis, we may also collect data about your navigation of the Site, such as your IP Address, ISP, login frequency, the pages you visited, and the internet browser or device you use while browsing the Site.
When you participate in member privileges, special offers, or complete forms for optional promotions, RSVP for events, or engage in contests, surveys, or beta testing, we may require you to submit personal information through the Site, our mobile apps, or via email.

While our main servers for registered users and members are located in Sweden, we may need to transfer and store your data outside of Sweden and the European Economic Area (EEA). DATA RETENTION POLICY
At WTPO, we strive to provide you with the best possible service. In order to do so, we may retain information submitted by you even after application, termination, or deactivation of your Membership. This allows us to continue providing you with relevant communications and enables you to reactivate your Membership at a later time if you choose to do so.
If you decide to de-register from all WTPO Services, we may still retain certain information for a reasonable period of time. This is necessary for backup, archival, and/or auditing purposes, as well as to prevent fraud, criminal activity, or violation of our Terms of Service. Additionally, we may be required by applicable laws to retain certain information for a specific period of time.
Rest assured, we are committed to protecting your privacy. If required by law, we will delete your personal information from our database. Furthermore, we are also happy to delete your personal information upon your request, in line with your right to erasure (also known as the "right to be forgotten") as outlined in

Access to personal information is limited to authorized WTPO employees, contractors, and agents who require access for their job duties. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
