Whistleblower

A security camera

Greetings and welcome to our reporting platform.

Our internal reporting platform, also known as a whistleblower function, is available for reporting suspicions of misconduct within any organization worldwide. The objective of the whistleblower function is to enhance the ability to uncover various forms of misconduct and offer increased protection for the individual reporting it. Rest assured that your case and identity will be handled confidentially, and you will be safeguarded against any form of retaliation.

What can be reported?

When making a report, it is important to have credible reasons to believe that the information you possess is accurate at the time of reporting. The purpose of the reporting platform is to prevent and detect fraud, corruption, illegal activities, and non-compliance with regulations in various domains. This might include activities that are illegal, unethical, or harmful, potentially impacting others negatively, such as:

  • Financial crime and fraud
  • Corruption and bribery
  • Environmental offenses or risks to health and safety
  • Instances of sexual harassment
  • Deliberate breaches of the law

Misconduct can involve past incidents as well; it does not necessarily have to be ongoing. The service is not intended for addressing dissatisfaction with working conditions, organizational issues, management, or workplace conflicts. Reporting misconduct that solely affects the whistleblower or their work environment is generally not categorized as a whistleblower matter.

Your report

Ensure your report includes the following details:

  • The type of misconduct being reported.
  • Where it took place.
  • When it occurred, including dates, times, and if it was recurrent.
  • Any available documentation. If you do not have access to documentation but are aware of its existence, specify the type and location.
  • Details of any actions you have taken regarding the incident.

Note: Before submitting your report, it is crucial to read and comprehend the information provided in the Privacy Information link. Avoid including personal data that is not essential to the report. Any such data submitted may be deleted without notice.

External reporting

Misconduct can also be reported externally to an authorized body capable of receiving, providing feedback on, and following up on whistleblower cases. In certain circumstances, reports can be made to EU institutions, bodies, or authorities worldwide. Further details can be accessed via the External Reporting link.

Anonymous or confidential reporting

You have the option to report anonymously or provide your name and contact details when submitting a report. Opting for anonymous reporting ensures your identity remains undisclosed unless you voluntarily share personal information. There is no obligation to provide personal data. Confidential reporting allows you to provide your name and contact information, which may be required by some organizations and can aid investigations and subsequent actions. Necessary measures will be implemented to safeguard your identity and the information provided, in accordance with whistleblower protection laws.
