PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. IN THEM, YOU GRANT World Tournament Players Organization "WTPO" - World of Sports IMPORTANT RIGHTS.

BY JOINING "WTPO" OR REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THIS SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND FUTURE MODIFICATIONS MADE BY "WTPO".

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS (WITHOUT MODIFICATION), DO NOT REGISTER FOR, ACCESS, BROWSE, OR USE THE SERVICE OR THIS SITE.

INTRODUCTION AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to WORLD TOURNAMENT PLAYERS ORGANIZATION, a private sport community (the "WTPO Service" or "WTPO"), operated by WTPO EA, a Sweden-based Economic Association with an office in Humlegardsgatan 19b, 114 46 Stockholm, Sweden.

This agreement (together with any documents referred to in it) describes the Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms") for membership on WTP in general, as well as for the use of the WTPO Service, whether such services are available online, offline, or via mobile networks. Membership on WTPO and the use of the WTPO Service, including, but not limited to, at www.wtpo.one, www.wtpo.com, www.wtpo.se, www.wtpo.uk, mobile.wtpo.one, wtpo.one/mobile, and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Website") confirms that You, a user of at least eighteen (18) years of age ("You"), have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service and that You agree to be legally bound by them. Members of WTPO are referred to individually as a "Member" and collectively as "Members". The WTPO Service includes Membership of WTPO, as well as our public pages, all communication to registered, past and current users, community updates, event e-mails, and other communication and marketing tools used to inform users about WTPO's activities.

If You do not agree to these Terms of Service, please refrain from using the Website.

Note that the joining fee does not automatically grant you membership to WTPO. However, we are excited to introduce a range of membership options that will be available from January 1, 2025. By becoming a member of WTPO, you will have the first opportunity to accept or refuse any offers we extend to be a part of both WTPO and the World of Sports.

1. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY.

1.1

By using the Website and WTPO Service, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

1.2

By registering to use or using the WTPO Service, you represent that you have never been convicted of a felony and have never been required to or are not currently registered as a sex offender with any government entity. WTPO reserves the right to perform criminal background screenings to confirm your compliance with these terms.

1.3

Membership of WTPO is not available to the general public and requires an invitation from an existing Member or from WTPO to a person aged eighteen (18) or over (Children under the age of 18 need the Guardian's permission) who does not already have an active account or has not previously been suspended or removed from the WTPO Service. By registering for the WTPO Service and becoming Members, members with invitation privileges are expected to invite only respected persons within their own real-world communities and not individuals who might bring discredit to or harm the reputation of WTPO and our community.

1.4

By having a membership account with the WTPO Service, you acknowledge that you meet our requirements for membership. As a Member, you may not have more than one membership account, nor may you open an alternative account if your membership is suspended, restricted, or terminated for any reason. You may not share, sell, trade, or transfer a membership account to another person, nor accept an invitation for or use an account that was not originally yours. If an account violates these conditions, the account will be terminated immediately.

1.5

You may not use a pseudonym or alias. You agree that all the information you provide about yourself in your personal profile or in any other area of the site is and remains truthful and accurate. Misleading or false information is sufficient reason for us to terminate your account. WTPO reserves the right to verify the authenticity of your identity and personal profile information using publicly available records and by requesting from you proof of identification or other relevant documents. You agree that WTPO will have no liability arising from any information that is incorrectly verified.

1.6

By registering to use and while using the WTPO Service, you represent that you are not a competitor of WTPO and that you are not using the WTPO Service for reasons that are in direct competition with WTPO.

1.7

As a member of WTPO, you warrant that you are using the site as a professional, Amateur Athlete, Sport Fan, Investor, Company, Organization, or legal entities may use the WTPO Service.

1.8

You represent that you have full authority and capacity to use the WTPO Service and to agree to be bound by these Terms, and that agreeing to these Terms will not violate any other agreement to which you are bound.

1.9

You agree that you will not violate any trademark rights, copyright, or any other rights of WTPO, nor shall you violate these Terms.

2. CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP AND YOUR USE OF THE WTPO SERVICE.

2.1

To use the WTPO Service, you must comply with these Terms of Service. Failure to do so may result in the denial, suspension, restriction, or termination of your service or membership without prior notice.

2.2

English is the official language of the Website to ensure inclusivity and facilitate site moderation. Please use English and be respectful to all members.

2.3

Keep your username, registered email address, and password confidential. Do not share them with anyone. We may disable your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if it is necessary to protect your account and the Website from security threats.

2.4

You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own access to the Website. You must also ensure that anyone accessing the Website through your Internet connection is aware of and complies with these Terms of Service.

2.5

The WTPO Service provides a platform for connecting and sharing information. We are not a party to any agreements made between members and cannot be held liable for them. Please be honest in your communications with other members.

2.6

WTPO reserves the right to verify the information provided by you and other members. We are not liable for any incorrectly verified information.

2.7

You are solely responsible for any information or content you post, transmit, publish, or make available on the WTPO Service.

2.8

Your profile may be shown to other members, but they are not obligated to contact or communicate with you.

2.9

You are solely responsible for any interactions with other members, both on and offline.

2.10

We may remove any content posted by you or other members if we believe it is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or violates any third party's rights.

2.11

While we strive to monitor the content of the Website, you may come across material that you find objectionable. By using the Website, you accept this and agree not to hold us liable.

2.12

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or reliability of any content posted by members or any opinions expressed by them.

2.13

By posting or submitting content on the Website, you grant WTPO the right to display that content on the Website and throughout the WTPO Service.

2.14

We may post photographs, videos, and other content related to WTPO events on public Website pages, social media sites, apps, platforms, and marketing material.

2.15

We may introduce new "beta" features or tools on the WTPO Service for testing purposes. These features may be modified or discontinued without notice. These Terms apply to beta features as well.

2.16

WTPO reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate the Website, membership, and/or the WTPO Service at any time without notice.

2.17

You may not use WTPO's name in connection with any event without our prior written consent.

2.18

WTPO may remove or cancel offers, promotions, member privileges, or events at any time.

2.19

You assume all risks associated with using the WTPO Service, including online and offline interactions with members and individuals encountered at WTPO events. Take necessary precautions when meeting others.

2.20

By registering for the WTPO Service, you agree to receive communications from WTPO. You can adjust your email preferences and deactivate your account. We may continue to send you communications even after your access to the WTPO Service is restricted. You have the right to unsubscribe and be forgotten by contacting support@wtpo.one.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEE, BILLING, AUTORENEWAL, CATEGORIES.

3.1

The WTPO Membership Term is one year, starting from the date of your first payment. Longer or shorter memberships may be offered. If WTPO EA or the Service ceases to exist or substantially changes, your access to the WTPO Service may terminate.

3.2

Your Membership Fee may be subject to a "cross-border fee" determined by your credit card provider. We are not responsible for any fees charged by banks or credit card providers.

3.3

A portion of the Membership Fee may be donated to the WTPO Jarmo Foundation, which partners with reputable charitable organizations. WTPO will allocate donated funds to the WTPO Jarmo Foundation.

3.4

The Membership Fee is non-refundable and cannot be charged back, even if your account is terminated or suspended.

3.5

If a credit card chargeback or payment dispute is placed on your purchase, your account will be terminated.

3.6

Membership will automatically renew one year from the date of your last payment. You can opt out of automatic renewal on the Account Settings page.

3.7

Membership Renewal Fees will be billed to your payment method on file for the full amount of the current Membership Fee.

3.8

If your account is terminated before the Membership Renewal date, your Membership Fee will not be billed.

3.9

If your Membership Renewal payment fails, your access to the WTPO Service will be suspended until a valid payment method is provided or until a subsequent automatic renewal charge succeeds.

3.10

If your Membership is not renewed within thirty days of the renewal date, your account will expire.

3.11

WTPO reserves the right to review and change the Membership Fee at any time. Changed fees apply upon renewal or new membership registration.

3.12

If you wish to return to WTPO after your membership expires or after terminating your account, you must pay the Membership Fee. Account rebuild is not possible if you requested data deletion.

3.13

Event fees are subject to separate terms outlined in the Events Terms.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEMBER

4.1

Our goal is to create a friendly, close-knit, and secure community for all our members. When using our website, you can expect privacy and confidentiality. We have members from various cultures and countries, which means expectations and behavior will differ. To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, we have established rules. By using the WTPO Service, you acknowledge that you understand, accept, and will abide by these rules.

4.2

Trust and confidence are crucial when using the WTPO Service. Misrepresenting your identity, including using a fake name or profile information, will result in the suspension, restriction, or termination of your member account.

4.3

You must provide an up-to-date email address in your profile so that WTPO can contact you with notifications, communications, and other important information.

4.4

If you witness any violations of our Terms by other members or member accounts, it is your responsibility to promptly report them to WTPO. You also agree to report any violations committed by yourself or through your account.

4.5

You may only send invitations to non-members who you personally know. The invitee's real name must be used. Members whose accounts have been terminated by WTPO cannot reinstate their membership without authorization. Any attempts to re-invite terminated members will be intercepted and flagged by WTPO's Member Services team. Invitations to terminated members cannot be accepted unless express permission is granted. You may not invite someone who previously had an account with WTPO unless given our express permission.

4.6

You should not send unwelcome Contact Requests or Contact Requests to members you do not know without a valid reason.

4.7

You agree not to send unsolicited Messages to any member who is not in your personal contacts.

4.8

Copying, data-mining, or duplicating our web pages or any content within the site, as well as collecting, archiving, trading, or selling any personal data or communications about other members, is strictly prohibited.

4.9

The use of any robot, spider, site search or retrieval application, or any other method or device to copy, retrieve, archive, or index any part of the Website or the WTPO Service is not allowed.

4.10

You may not distribute, display, or publish any content from the Website, the WTPO Service, or the names of any members in any form, electronic or print, without WTPO's express written consent. You are also prohibited from sharing, transmitting, or selling any content on the Website to non-members for any reason.

4.11

We aim to maintain a intrusion-free environment on the WTPO Service. Sending or distributing unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, chain letters, spam, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation to other members is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you must not stalk, harass, or unreasonably disturb any other member.

4.12

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account's username, password, registered email address, and usage. You are also accountable for all activities carried out using your account, whether with or without your knowledge or permission. If you knowingly provide your login information to another person, your membership may be suspended or terminated. WTPO assumes no liability for any activities conducted through your account using your password and username.

4.13

You may not use the WTPO Service for any illegal purposes in any country or jurisdiction.

4.14

Posting content or initiating communications that we deem libelous, scandalous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited. This includes content or statements made online on third-party websites such as Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn, as well as offline at any WTPO events. Violation of this rule may result in the termination of your membership.

4.15

You are not allowed to share any content or initiate communication that infringes upon the patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of third parties, whether personal, corporate, or governmental.

4.16

Any information you add to the site, such as an Event, Real Estate, Jobs post, or any other post, must be accurate and truthful. All required fields must be filled out correctly. If there are any financial criteria, such as price, cost, rent, commission fee, or salary, it must be clearly and accurately stated.

4.17

You must be the authorized agent or relevant party in any offers you post for members. You are not allowed to post offers on behalf of someone else.

5. WTPO MEMBERSHIP CARD TERMS.

5.1

You acknowledge that you are personally responsible for any charges, including taxes and incidentals, or payments that may be required to redeem WTPO Member Privileges. The WTPO Membership Card is a digital card and does not have any transactional capability.

5.2

Privilege Partners may require you to present your card along with valid photo identification to redeem privileges. The name on your photo identification must match the name on your Membership Card and your WTPO Account.

5.3

Membership Cards are valid only for the duration of your subscription term and remain valid upon renewal.

5.4

Membership Cards of members whose accounts are terminated or not renewed will become invalid on the date of termination or account cancellation.

5.5

Membership Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the member to whom the card is issued. It is not allowed for anyone other than the cardholder to use the Membership Card or a digital copy of it for any purpose.

5.6

You may be denied the redemption of Member Privileges, attendance at WTPO Events, or access to any other benefits that require card use if the name on the card does not match the name on your photo identification or account, if someone other than the cardholder or member attempts to use your Membership Card, if your account has been suspended or terminated for valid reasons (at WTPO's sole discretion), or if you engage in behavior that annoys or harasses other members, disrupts an event, or displays other inappropriate behavior. Misuse of Membership Cards or program benefits may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your membership.

5.7

WTPO is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged Membership Cards, nor for any issues that may arise from the use of the WTPO Membership Card.

6. WTPO MEMBER PRIVILEGES TERMS.

6.1

WTPO Member Privileges are exclusive to subscribed WTPO members and cannot be transferred. Sharing privileges or misusing access may result in membership termination.

6.2

To redeem privileges, Privilege Partners may require you to present your digital WTPO Membership Card and valid photo identification for verification. The WTPO Member Card does not have transactional capability, and you are responsible for any charges, taxes, or payments associated with redeeming privileges.

6.3

WTPO reserves the right to add, modify, or eliminate any Member Privilege at any time. Availability of benefits is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Some Privilege Partners may make privileges unavailable during certain periods.

6.4

WTPO's Privilege Partners have their own terms and policies. Please read them on the website of each Privilege Partner. You agree to comply with our Privilege Partners' terms and policies, including payment obligations, restrictions, cancellation policies, and other rules.

6.5

Violation of a Privilege Partner's rules, restrictions, policies, or terms may result in the cancellation of privilege redemption, denial of access to products and services, forfeiture of payments, or charges to your credit card for any costs incurred due to the violation.

6.6

To fulfill privileges for Members, you may authorize WTPO to share relevant private data with Privilege Partners. Your approval will be requested before any data exchange occurs. Such exchange only happens for privilege fulfillment purposes.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

7.1

WTPO's Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully for information about the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by WTPO.

8. MEMBER LICENSE.

8.1

By accepting these Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to use the WTPO Service and related software for personal, non-commercial, and lawful use on your devices. The WTPO Service and its intellectual and proprietary rights belong to WTPO, unless otherwise specified. WTPO retains all rights to the WTPO Service.

Any suggestions, ideas, or inventions disclosed to WTPO voluntarily will be used at WTPO's sole discretion. WTPO has no obligation to you regarding any ideas or inventions disclosed. No rights to any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of WTPO or its licensors are granted, except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service.

9. ADDITIONAL RULES TO BE AWARE OF

9.1

While using the WTPO Service, you must also follow any additional guidelines or rules that may be posted from time to time (referred to as the "Guidelines"). These Guidelines are considered part of these Terms and are important to follow. Some examples of these Guidelines include:

a) The rules for participating in official WTPO Events, which can be found here.

b) The rules for member conduct, which can be found here.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBERSHIP, WEBSITE, AND/OR ASW SERVICE

10.1

WTPO has the right to change, modify, add, suspend, terminate, or remove parts of these Terms of Service at any time, at our discretion. If any changes are made, we will follow the notification procedure outlined in section 24.

10.2

WTPO also has the right to change or adjust membership criteria and make changes to existing memberships at any time. If any changes are made, we will follow the notification procedure outlined in section 24.

10.3

WTPO reserves the right to make changes to the Website or the WTPO Service at any time. This includes the possibility of charging for our services or certain features, as well as modifying any fees or services. If any changes are made to the WTPO Service, charges, or fees, we will follow the notification procedure outlined in section 24.

11. DOWNLOADING SOFTWARE AND CONTENT

11.1

WTPO and its licensors may offer certain software and other content for you to download from the WTPO Service, either for a fee or for free. Any software or content that you download will be subject to the terms and conditions provided with the download or presented to you at the time of download.

12. OWNERSHIP; PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.

12.1

The WTPO Service is the sole property of WTPO and is operated by them. All elements of the WTPO Service, including materials, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code, products, software, services, and any other components provided by WTPO (referred to as the "Materials"), are protected by various intellectual property laws, such as copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, as well as international conventions and other relevant proprietary rights. Unless otherwise specified, all Materials on the WTPO Service belong to WTPO or its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of WTPO or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors. You are not permitted to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or make unauthorized use of the Materials, unless expressly authorized by WTPO. WTPO reserves all rights not explicitly granted in these Terms of Service. It is important to note that any and all derivative works are considered Materials and are exclusively owned by WTPO.

12.2

Regarding the posting of the WTPO logo and a link to the WTPO Service on other websites (referred to as a "Permitted Link"), WTPO may grant You a limited, revocable license in writing to do so. However, certain conditions must be met for this license to be valid:

a) The posting must not directly or indirectly defame or criticize WTPO, its affiliates, and/or licensors.

b) The third-party website where the Permitted Link is posted is not granted any rights to the Permitted Link.

c) The third-party website does not charge a fee for accessing the Permitted Link.

d) The third-party website complies with all applicable laws. Additionally, You agree that when making such a posting, You will include all copyright, trademark, and/or proprietary rights notices without altering them. WTPO explicitly reserves all of its rights and remedies and may revoke this license, either in part or in its entirety, at any time with prior notice.

13. MEMBER CONTENT.

13.1

Content Created by Members. WTPO may allow You and other Members to share various forms of content, such as written works, comments, images, photographs, text, sound recordings, videos, and other materials and communications (referred to as "Member Content"). WTPO and its distributors and licensees may host, share, and publish Member Content. It is important to note that WTPO does not guarantee the confidentiality of any Member Content, whether it is published or not. When using the WTPO Service, You may come across Member Content from different sources, and WTPO is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of such Member Content. You acknowledge that some Member Content may be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and You agree to waive any legal rights or remedies You may have against WTPO in relation to such content.

13.2

License Granted to WTPO. By submitting or sharing Member Content, You grant WTPO a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable (through multiple levels of sublicensees) right and license to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, prepare derivative works of, modify, host, transfer, and exploit Your Member Content, in whole or in part, through any media formats and channels, now known or developed in the future.

13.3

License Granted to Other WTPO Members. By submitting or sharing Member Content through the WTPO Service, You grant each Member a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, personal, non-commercial, limited right and license to access and use Your Member Content solely in connection with the WTPO Service and in accordance with these Terms of Service. This license granted by You terminates for a specific Member Posting once it is removed or deleted from the WTPO Service. However, a Member's rights to such Member Posting, arising from distributions that occurred before its deletion, will survive any termination or expiration of the license granted in this Section 10.3. You understand that WTPO cannot guarantee that other Members will not misuse or misappropriate the content, ideas, or information You share on the Website or any affiliated WTPO pages hosted on third-party sites. WTPO is not responsible for any misuse or misappropriation of content posted by You on the Website.

13.4

Representations and Warranties for Member Content. You are solely responsible for Your Member Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By uploading or publishing Your Member Content, You affirm, represent, and warrant that: (a) You are the creator and owner of Your Member Content; (b) You have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and grant WTPO and WTPO's Members the rights and licenses to use Your Member Content as described in these Terms of Service; (c) You have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the assignment described in this Section; (d) You are at least eighteen (18) years old and will not allow anyone under the age of eighteen (18) to upload or publish Member Content; (e) Your Member Content does not and will not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights, and will not slander, defame, libel, or invade the rights of any other person; and (f) Your Member Content does not contain any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code. Violators of these third-party rights may face criminal and civil liability. WTPO reserves all rights and remedies against any Member who violates these Terms of Service.

13.5

Disclaimer for Member Content. When using the WTPO Service, You may come across Member Content from various sources, and WTPO is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, or intellectual property rights of such Member Content. You acknowledge that You may be exposed to Member Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and You agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies You may have against WTPO and its licensors or licensees in relation to such content. WTPO does not endorse any Member Content or any opinions, recommendations, or advice expressed therein, and WTPO expressly disclaims any liability associated with Member Content. If a Member or a content owner notifies WTPO of a Member Posting that allegedly violates these Terms of Service, WTPO may investigate the allegation and decide, at its sole discretion, whether to remove the Member Posting without prior notice. It is important to note that WTPO does not permit copyright-infringing activities on the WTPO Service.

14. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS.

14.1

At WTPO, we take copyright infringement seriously and are committed to addressing any alleged violations. When we receive a clear notice of infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content in question. However, please note that our procedures for notification and counter-notification of infringement are subject to applicable law.

14.2

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and wish to file a notice of infringement, please provide WTPO with the following information in writing:

a) A signature, either physical or electronic, of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

b) Identification of the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If multiple works are involved, please provide a representative list.

c) Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information for WTPO to locate it and remove or disable access to it.

d) Contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address if available.

e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

f) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

14.3

Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting material or activity as infringing may result in liability. If you are unsure about whether the material infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting an attorney before submitting a notice.

14.4

If you are the administrator of an affected site or the provider of affected content, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

a) A signature, either physical or electronic, of the subscriber.

b) Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location.

c) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the subscriber believes the removal or disabling was a result of mistake or misidentification.

14.5

Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may result in liability.

14.6

14.7

Please only send infringement notices to the above address. For any other feedback, comments, technical support requests, or communications, please contact WTPO through support@wtpo.one. Please be aware that failure to comply with all the requirements of this section may invalidate your notice.

14.8

Account Termination. In appropriate cases, WTPO reserves the right to promptly suspend, restrict, and/or terminate the accounts of infringers, as determined in our sole discretion.

15. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR.

BY USING THE WTPO SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES (AND ENSURE THAT OTHERS DO AS WELL):

15.1

Do not use the WTPO Service for any purposes other than those authorized in these Terms of Service.

15.2

Do not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the licenses granted herein or the Materials (as defined in Section 9).

15.3

Do not post, upload, or distribute any defamatory, libelous, or inaccurate Member Content or other content.

15.4

Do not post, upload, or distribute any Member Content or other content that is unlawful or that a reasonable person could find objectionable, offensive, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, distressing, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

15.5

Do not impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity, or access the WTPO Service accounts of others without permission. Do not forge another person's digital signature, misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via the WTPO Service, or engage in any other fraudulent activity.

15.6

Do not impersonate a spokesperson, employee, or affiliate of WTPO claiming to speak on behalf of WTPO.

15.7

Do not delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on the WTPO Service or Member Content.

15.8

Do not make unsolicited offers, advertisements, proposals, or send junk mail or spam to other Members of the WTPO Service. This includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, solicitation material, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, chain mail, informational announcements, charity requests, and petitions for signatures.

15.9

Do not use the WTPO Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. This includes laws governing intellectual property, proprietary rights, data protection, and privacy.

15.10

Do not defame, harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud Members of the WTPO Service. Do not collect or attempt to collect personal information about Members or third parties without their consent. Do not use the WTPO Service for any commercial use, as it is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

15.11

Do not harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or annoy any WTPO employees or contractors involved in providing any portion of the WTPO Services to you.

15.12

Do not use the WTPO Service if you are under the age of eighteen (18), and do not allow anyone under the age of eighteen (18) to use the WTPO Service via your account.

15.13

Do not remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or interfere with security-related features of the WTPO Service or Member Content. Do not interfere with features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content accessible through the WTPO Service or features that enforce limitations on the use of the WTPO Service or Member Content.

15.14

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the WTPO Service or any part thereof, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15.15

Do not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the WTPO Service or any part thereof, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

15.16

Do not intentionally interfere with or damage the operation of the WTPO Service or any Member's enjoyment of them. This includes uploading or disseminating viruses, hacks, automation software (bots), adware, spyware, worms, Trojan horses, keyboard loggers, time bombs, and other malicious code or unauthorized third-party software.

15.17

Do not disclose the personal information of any person, including another person's address, phone number, email address, financial information, or any information that can be used to track, contact, or impersonate another person.

15.18

Do not engage in any conduct deemed by WTPO to conflict with the intent of these Terms of Service.

16. YOUR ACCOUNT.

16.1

Account Security. When utilizing the WTPO Service, you may be required to create a password. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as to restrict access to your computer. You agree to take full responsibility for any activities that occur under your account or password. Furthermore, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information to WTPO during registration and at all other times. It is your duty to ensure that this information remains accurate and up-to-date.

If you suspect that your account is no longer secure (such as in the case of loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of your account ID, password, or any credit, debit, or charge card number), you must immediately notify WTPO. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by WTPO or others due to unauthorized use of your Service account. If you have multiple accounts on a third-party website through which you access the WTPO Service, you are only permitted to use the WTPO Service through one account, not multiple accounts.

17. OTHER SITES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES; LINKS.

17.1

Third-Party Websites. The Service may contain links or references to other websites or services, provided solely for the convenience of Members ("Other Sites"). WTPO does not endorse or support any of these Other Sites, including the information, materials, products, or services available through them. Additionally, any interactions or transactions you have with advertisers found on or through the WTPO Service are solely between you and the advertiser. Please note that any merchandising sites linked to the WTPO Service are considered Other Sites and are not owned or operated by WTPO, nor are they governed by these Terms.

Accessing and using Other Sites, including the information, materials, products, and services they offer, is done at your own risk.

18. SUSPENSION, RESTRICTION AND TERMINATION; TERMS OF SERVICE VIOLATIONS.

18.1

WTPO's Actions. WTPO reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without penalty, to suspend, restrict, and/or terminate any account (or part thereof) you have with WTPO or your use of the WTPO Service. WTPO may also choose to remove and discard any or all parts of your account, Member profile, and any Member Postings. Additionally, WTPO may discontinue providing access to the WTPO Service, or any part of it, with or without notice. You acknowledge that any suspension and/or termination of your access to the WTPO Service or any account you have may occur without prior notice, and WTPO will not be held liable to you or any third party for such actions. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies WTPO may have. As stated earlier, WTPO strictly prohibits copyright infringement on the WTPO Service and may suspend and/or terminate access to the WTPO Service for any Members found to be repeat infringers.

18.2

Your Options. If you are dissatisfied with (a) the WTPO Service, (b) any term of these Terms of Service, (c) Guidelines, (d) any policy or practice of WTPO in operating the WTPO Service, or (e) any content or information transmitted through the WTPO Service, your only recourse is to terminate these Terms of Service and your account. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by ending your membership with the WTPO Service and ceasing to use any and all parts of the WTPO Service. Despite terminating these Terms of Service, any provision that, by its nature or express terms, should survive, will continue to be in effect.

18.3

Discontinuation of the WTPO Service. WTPO may, at its sole discretion and without notice, limit or discontinue your access to the WTPO Service, or any part of it. You acknowledge and agree that WTPO will not be held liable to you or any third party for any discontinuation of your access to the WTPO Service, Member Postings, and/or your account.

19. IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY

19.1

At times, WTPO may consider and accept feedback and ideas from its members (referred to as "Ideas") regarding new or improved features on the WTPo Service. If you choose to share your Ideas with us or our employees and contractors, you grant us and our designees the right to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, license, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale, and import your Ideas. This includes all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, industrial rights, and other intellectual and proprietary rights related to your Ideas, in any media now known or developed in the future, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, including sharing the Ideas with others.

If WTPO incorporates your Ideas or adopts a similar feature, product, or strategy, you agree not to make any claims against WTPO and will fully indemnify WTPO if you choose to pursue any claims despite this agreement. It is important to note that you are not obligated to submit any ideas to WTPO, and if you do, you should not expect credit or compensation of any kind. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from submitting any ideas or materials to WTPO.

20. CONTESTS, GAMES, AND PAID SERVICES.

20.1

Contests, games, and paid services accessible through the WTPO Service are subject to specific rules. By participating in these activities or accessing paid services, you agree to abide by the applicable rules. We encourage you to read and review the linked rules for each activity, as well as our Privacy Policy, which, along with these Terms of Service, governs any information you provide in connection with contests, games, and paid services.

21. INDEMNIFICATION.

21.1

By using the WTPO Service, you agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless WTPO, its affiliated companies, contractors, employees, agents, and third-party suppliers, licensors, partners, and their affiliated companies, contractors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, that arise from your use or misuse of the WTPO Service, any violation of these Terms by you, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you.

WTPO reserves the right, at your expense, to take over the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify WTPO and its third-party suppliers, licensors, and partners. You agree to cooperate with WTPO in defending these claims. WTPO will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding once it becomes aware of it.

22. DISCLAIMERS; NO WARRANTIES.

22.1

No Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WTPO, and its affiliates, partners, licensees, licensors, and suppliers disclaim all warranties, statutory, express, or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights, with respect to the website and your use of it. No advice or information, whether verbal or written, obtained by you from WTPO or through the WTPO Service will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. You acknowledge that, as used in this Section 22 of these Terms, WTPO includes WTPO's officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, licensees, licensors, and subcontractors, as well as their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents.

22.2

"As is" and "As available" and "With All Faults." You agree that your use of the WTPO Service is solely at your own risk. The Service and any data, information, third-party software, member content, third-party sites, services, or applications made available in conjunction with or through the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available," "with all faults" basis and without warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied.

22.3

Content. WTPO, its suppliers, licensees, licensors, affiliates, and partners do not warrant that the data, member content, functions, or any other information offered on or through the Service or any third-party sites will be uninterrupted or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. They also do not warrant that any of the foregoing will be corrected.

22.4

Accuracy. WTPO, its suppliers, licensees, licensors, affiliates, and partners do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Service or any third-party sites in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

22.5

Harm to Your Computer. You understand and agree that you use, access, download, or otherwise obtain information, materials, or data through the Service (including RSS feeds) or any third-party sites at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your property (including your computer system) or loss of data that results from the download or use of such material or data.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGES.

23.1

Our Responsibility. WTPO and its affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, or third-party partners, licensees, licensors, or suppliers will not be held liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages that may arise from your use of the service or any interactions with WTPO. This includes damages resulting from unsuccessful court actions or legal disputes, lost business, lost revenues, or loss of anticipated profits. Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, we will not be held responsible. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability, as well as the liability of our third-party partners, licensees, licensors, or suppliers, will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

23.2

Responsibility for Default. WTPO will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the default of any privilege partner or licensor. This includes special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages. As mentioned before, some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

23.3

Total Liability. In no event will WTPO or its affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, or third-party partners, licensees, licensors, or suppliers be liable to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed one hundred CHF.

23.4

Other Sites. These limitations of liability also apply to damages incurred by you from products or services sold or provided on any third-party sites or by third parties other than WTPO.

23.5

Basis of Agreement. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that WTPO has offered its products and services based on the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability stated in these terms. These disclaimers and limitations reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and WTPO and its third-party partners, licensees, licensors, or suppliers. They form an essential basis of the agreement between you and WTPO, and without them, we would not be able to provide our service to you.

23.6

Applicable Law. Please note that some countries or jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitations of liability mentioned above. You may also have other rights that vary depending on your location.

24. MISCELLANEOUS.

24.1

Notification. WTPO will provide you with notifications regarding changes to these terms, as well as the suspension, restriction, or termination of your account. These notifications may be sent via email, regular mail, or posted on the WTPO Service. Notification will be deemed given within a specified timeframe after being sent or posted.

24.2

Termination without Notification. WTPO may terminate or restrict your account without prior notification for good reason, at our sole discretion.

24.3

Acceptance of Changes. If you do not oppose notified changes to these terms within a specified timeframe, they will be deemed accepted by you. However, if you oppose these changes, it may result in the termination of your account.

24.4

Waiver. The failure of WTPO to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by WTPO.

24.5

Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Jurisdiction. These terms will be governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes arising between you and WTPO will be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Stockholm, Sweden. However, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect or enforce their intellectual property rights. Please note that WTPO operates from Sweden, and accessing our service from other locations requires compliance with local laws.

24.6

Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

24.7

Assignment. These terms and related guidelines may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by WTPO without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of these terms will be void.

24.8

Survival. Upon termination of these terms, any provisions that should survive based on their nature or express terms will continue to be in effect.

24.9

Headings. The headings used in these terms are for convenience purposes only and do not limit or affect the provisions of these terms.

24.10

Entire Agreement. These terms, the privacy policy, and guidelines constitute the entire agreement between you and WTPO. They may only be modified in writing or by changes made by WTPO as outlined in these terms.

24.11

Claims. Any cause of action arising from the service must be notified to the other party within one year. Otherwise, the cause of action is permanently barred.

24.12

Disclosures. The WTPO Service is hosted in Sweden, and the services provided are offered by WTPO.
